Delete your data
How to ask us to delete what we hold about you. Updated 2026.
01 — What this covers
This page explains how to ask Monza S.A.L. to delete the information we hold about you. That includes messages you sent on Instagram or Facebook to MHERO Lebanon, VOYAH Lebanon or Monza SAL. Asking is free, and you do not need an account with us.
02 — How to ask
Use either of these two ways:
- Send a message saying "Delete my data" to the Instagram or Facebook account you wrote to.
- Email info@monzasal.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us which account you messaged and your Instagram username or Facebook name, so we can find your conversation.
03 — How we check it's you
We never delete anything from a button or a link. Every deletion starts with your request, and a member of our team carries it out only after checking that the request really comes from you, so nobody can have someone else's data deleted.
- If you ask on Instagram or Facebook, from the account you wrote to us from, that account shows the request is yours.
- If you ask by email, we reply with a reference code, such as MZ-7Q4K2P9A. Send "Delete my data" followed by that code from the Instagram or Facebook account you wrote to us from, and we go ahead.
- If you can no longer use that account, say so in your email, and a manager at Monza S.A.L. will review your request personally.
04 — What we delete
The record we keep about you — the ID that Instagram or Facebook gave you for our account, when you wrote, what brought you and which car you asked about — and any enquiry record made from it. We keep no copy of your messages, and we also delete the conversation from our own Instagram and Facebook inboxes.
05 — What we may keep
Records the law requires us to keep. For example, if you bought or serviced a vehicle with us, we keep invoices, sales contracts and warranty records. If that applies to you, we tell you what we kept and why.
06 — When
We confirm that we received your request. We then complete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
07 — Your own app
Deleting on our side does not remove the conversation from your own Instagram or Facebook app. You can delete it there yourself.
More detail is in our Privacy Notice. Questions: info@monzasal.com.
