How we handle your data

01 — Who we are

Monza S.A.L. ("Monza", "we", "us") is a Lebanese joint-stock company operating as the authorized dealer for MHERO and VOYAH in Lebanon. Registered office: Building SK1000, Horsh Tabet, Sin El Fil, Beirut, Lebanon.Contact: info@monzasal.com.

02 — What we collect

When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect what you give us — typically your name, phone number, email, and the model you're interested in. The contact form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form service based in the United States, and a copy is saved in our customer system. When you tap a WhatsApp or Instagram button, we also record which page and model you were viewing and your browser type, with no name or contact details attached.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools use first-party identifiers and can distinguish individual users and sessions. Until you accept, analytics run in a limited cookieless mode and the Meta Pixel does not load.

03 — Messages on Instagram and Facebook

Monza runs the Instagram and Facebook accounts of its three brands: MHERO Lebanon (Instagram @mherolebanon, Facebook "M HERO Lebanon"), VOYAH Lebanon (Instagram @voyahlebanon, Facebook "Voyah Lebanon") and Monza SAL (Instagram @monzasal.official, Facebook "Monza SAL Official"). When you message any of these accounts, our team reads and answers you in our messaging system, which shows the conversation directly from Instagram or Facebook.

Your messages stay on Instagram and Facebook. Our system displays them from there and keeps no copy of what you write, or of your photos and files. It keeps only a small record: that you messaged, which of our accounts, when, the ID that Instagram or Facebook gives you for our account, which of our ads, posts or stories brought you (if any), and which of our car models you asked about. Your name and profile picture are shown when Meta shares them, but are not kept.

We use this to answer you, to arrange visits, test drives and service, and to understand which of our posts and ads bring people to us. If you give us your phone number, we use it to check whether you are already a Monza customer. One team looks after all three brands, so we may see that you have written to more than one of them. Our team reads and answers your messages. Software may help organise conversations and suggest replies, but a person decides what is sent.

That small record is stored with Supabase, on servers in the European Union, and our system runs on Vercel. Your messages themselves are held by Meta under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We keep the small record as described in section 05.

04 — Why we collect it

Only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a showroom visit, deliver your vehicle, and provide ongoing service. We do not sell your information. If you consent to marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel shares website-activity data with Meta for measurement and advertising. Outside Lebanon, we share your data only with the manufacturer (Dongfeng) when required for warranty and recall handling, and with the service providers that run our systems: Formspree (United States) for the contact form, and Supabase (European Union) and Vercel for our customer and messaging systems.

05 — How long we keep it

Inquiry data, including our small record of Instagram and Facebook messages: as long as we are in active conversation, plus 12 months. Ownership records (for delivered vehicles): for the lifetime of the vehicle plus 5 years, as required by warranty and recall obligations.

06 — Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for the site to function (remembering your cookie-consent choice). With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel — a Meta Business Tool used for measurement, audience building, and advertising). You choose in the cookie banner: Google Consent Mode keeps analytics limited until you accept, and the Meta Pixel loads only after you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser.

07 — Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: see what data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it (subject to legal obligations on retention). Email info@monzasal.com with the subject "Data Request". To delete messages you sent us on Instagram or Facebook, see How to delete your data.

08 — Updates to this notice

We will update this page if our data practices change. The date above will change with it.
